1. Raw Material Processing System:
Polyethylene (PE) material undergoes uniform mixing with additives, such as color masterbatches, within a mixer. Subsequently, the resultant mixture is automatically transported to the extruder's drying hopper via a vacuum feeder, where moisture is eliminated to maintain the PE material's moisture content at or below 0.1%, a crucial procedure to guarantee product consistency.
2. PPR Pipe Extruder:
The system is outfitted with an SJ65/33 high-efficiency single-screw extruder, which includes a 55KW energy-saving servo motor that reduces power consumption by approximately 20%. It also features a direct-drive gearbox for enhanced transmission efficiency and simplified maintenance, a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant screw barrel made from 38CrMoALA alloy steel with nitriding treatment, an efficient heating system utilizing an infrared heating coil, and an automated temperature control system equipped with an Omron temperature controller.
3. Marking Line Extruder:
The SJ25 extruder is utilized to imprint marking lines onto PPR pipes and capable of producing either a single marking line or multiple marking lines, contingent upon the customer's specifications.
4. Specialized PPR Pipe Mold:
The mold is equipped with a basket or spiral structure die head to ensure the uniform extrusion of the material.
5. Vacuum Calibration Tank:
The tube blank undergoes rapid calibration through vacuum adsorption to guarantee dimensional precision, with a vacuum level ranging from 0.06 to 0.08 MPa. The tank is constructed from stainless steel.
6. Spray Cooling Tank:
This tank equipped with multi-stage spray cooling technology, and it can maintain the water temperature below 20℃ to ensure the rapid and uniform cooling of pipes. It, constructed from stainless steel, offers exceptional corrosion resistance and durability for sustained, stable operation.
7. Pull-off Traction Machine:
The machine draws pipes at a consistent speed (of 3-15 m/min to ensure uniform length and stable production. It is equipped with precision control systems that maintain consistent tension during the traction process, effectively preventing pipe deformation and ensuring dimensional accuracy.
8. Planetary Cutter:
The cutter enables automatic, fixed-length, chip-free cutting with smooth, burr-free edges, specifically optimized for small to medium diameter PPR pipes. Its precision cutting mechanism ensures consistent length accuracy and minimizes material waste during production.
9. Laser Printing Machine:
It employs laser technology to display product specifications and batch information in real-time, eliminating the need for consumables.
10. Stacking Rack:
The rack automatically stacks finished pipes in an orderly fashion, with adjustable stacking height and layer count to accommodate various pipe lengths and storage requirements. Constructed with a robust frame and anti-slip design, it ensures stable stacking and easy handling of finished products, optimizing post-production storage efficiency.
11. Electric Control System:
The system incorporates high-end electrical components, including ABB frequency converters, Siemens contactors, Omron temperature controllers, and Inovance servo controllers.
