African 200-400mm PVC Pipe Making Machine

This Yongte PVC pipe making machine was initially installed in 2019 at our customer’s manufacturing facility in Africa. For over seven years, it has operated with exceptional stability and efficiency, consistently producing high-quality PVC water pipes with minimal downtime. Equipped with cutting-edge extrusion technology, the machine manufactures durable, high-pressure-resistant PVC water pipes in diameters ranging from 200mm to 400mm—perfectly addressing the local market’s demand for cost-effective, long-lasting water supply infrastructure.

The machine boasts several key features, including a fully automated temperature control system that ensures optimal processing conditions and an energy-saving motor designed to minimize overall power consumption. At the core of the system is a 75KW SJSZ80/156 Conical twin screw extrusion unit, paired with a specially designed basket structure mold. This setup allows for a consistent output of 300–400kg per hour and supports a high filler ratio, contributing to the production of cost-effective yet sturdy PVC pipes.

Our technical team provided comprehensive on-site installation support and thorough operator training, ensuring a smooth and swift transition to full-capacity production. Consequently, the customer achieved maximum operational output within just two weeks post-installation.
