1. Material Feeding and Drying System
PPR raw materials are automatically conveyed to the extruder's drying hopper via a vacuum feeder to remove moisture, ensuring the moisture content is maintained below 0.1%. 3. Marking Line Extruder
An SJ25 extruder is adopted for pipe marking, enabling the configuration of single or multiple marking lines as required by customers.
4. Specialized PPR Pipe Mold
A basket-type or spiral-type die head is employed to realize uniform material extrusion, ensuring consistent pipe wall thickness and structural integrity.
5. Vacuum Calibration Tank
Extruded pipe blanks are subjected to precise calibration through vacuum adsorption (vacuum level 0.06–0.08 MPa). The tank features a food-grade stainless steel structure, equipped with a multi-zone vacuum control system and an efficient water cooling system. It ensures pipe roundness, smooth surface finish, and compliance with dimensional accuracy requirements during high-speed production.
6. Spray Cooling Tank
Adopting multi-stage spray cooling technology, the tank maintains the water temperature below 20°C to achieve rapid and uniform cooling of pipes. Constructed from stainless steel, it possesses excellent corrosion resistance and ensures long-term stable operation.
7. Pull-off Traction Machine
The traction speed ranges from 3 to 15 m/min. Equipped with a precision control system, it maintains stable tension during the traction process, effectively preventing pipe deformation and ensuring dimensional accuracy and uniform length of finished products.
8. Planetary Cutter
It realizes automatic fixed-length and chip-free cutting for small-to-medium-diameter PPR pipes, ensuring smooth and burr-free cutting edges, precise length accuracy, and minimal material waste during production.
9. Laser Printing Machine
It utilizes laser technology for real-time printing of product specifications and batch information, requiring no consumables and ensuring clear and durable marking results.
10. Stacking Rack
It automatically stacks finished pipes in an orderly manner, with adjustable stacking height and layer count. Featuring a robust anti-slip structure, it optimizes storage efficiency and facilitates convenient handling of finished products.
11. Electric Control System
