In 2025, we successfully delivered two customized sets of automatic PE pipe winding machines to a leading Argentine plastic processing enterprise. The client required high-efficiency winding solutions to match their newly expanded high speed PE pipe extrusion lines. The order comprised two specialized units: one double-station automatic winding machine optimized for 15-32mm diameter pipes, and another high-capacity model designed for 20-63mm diameters. These machines integrate seamlessly with high-speed PE pipe extrusion lines to automatically wind pipes into uniform rolls. Equipped with an auto-length counting system, the machine triggers automatic cutting and station transfer once the target length is reached. It simultaneously secures the finished roll and activates an alarm for packing, providing a fully automated winding solution. Rigorous factory testing prior to shipment ensured stable on-site operation post-delivery.
