1. Core Equipment

High-efficiency single-screw extruder: The SJ65/33 high-efficiency extrusion system, combined with a precise segmented temperature control system (temperature difference ≤ ±1℃), ensures uniform plasticization of PPR raw materials, resulting in smooth, bubble-free pipe surfaces. Equipped with a high-efficiency servo motor, the extruder offers a wide speed adjustment range (10-100rpm), enabling flexible production speed adjustments to meet the "small-batch, multi-specification" requirements.

Rapid Die Change and Shaping System: Customized modular die head components enable switching between 16-63mm diameters in just 35 minutes, eliminating complex disassembly and significantly enhancing production flexibility. Equipped with a 9-meter vacuum shaping chamber and a 9-meter spray cooling system, it uses multi-stage precise control of vacuum pressure and cooling water temperature to maintain pipe outer diameter tolerances within ±0.3mm and roundness errors ≤0.4%, ensuring reliable pipe connection sealing and installation compatibility.

Lightweight Automated Auxiliary Equipment: This includes an automatic feeder, hot air drying hopper, online outer diameter measuring instrument, online laser printer, chipless cutting machine, and automatic product rack. These components enable automated production from raw materials to finished products, requiring only one operator to manage the entire production line. The operation process is simple and easy to understand.

2. Full-Process Service Implementation

Preliminary Adaptation and Optimization: The equipment circuit system was adjusted to meet Algerian electricity standards, and motor power configuration was optimized to control unit energy consumption at an industry-leading economical level. Basic PPR raw material formula guidance was provided to adapt to the customer's locally sourced ordinary PPR granules, controlling the raw material loss rate within 1.5% and thereby reducing production costs.

On-site Installation and Technical Training: Professional engineers were dispatched overseas to complete equipment assembly, pipeline connection, commissioning, and calibration within 15 days. Equipment placement was optimized strictly according to the customer's factory layout, effectively saving production space. Addressing the customer's technical team's limited operational experience, hands-on training was conducted covering core skills such as equipment startup, parameter configuration, mold change operations, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting common faults—ensuring the customer team quickly mastered full production line operational capabilities.
