Do you only supply the single stage machine (e.g., extrusion only) or a complete production line that includes forming, surface treatment, and auxiliary equipment?
Yongte is professional manufacturer for plastic extrusion machine and related auxiliary equipment, My factory make the mixing/extrusion/recycling machines by ourselves, and we have rich experience in complete production line by equipping the surface treatment machines and processing machines from our partners. So we are professional for supply turnkey production line to customer as per customer’s needs.
What quality control technologies are integrated into the machine to ensure the rigidity of the products and their dimensional stability?
The product quality is related to the extrusion system, mold system, and formulation system. We shall provide experienced formula which can ensure the product strength and processing ability, and our extrusion system equip with specially designed screw shape and temperature control system which can adopting with our formula to create a good product, then our mold and cooling system work together to ensure the product can be good cooled to ensure the dimension without deformation. In one word is that, we are professional manufacturer with rich experience, so that we can ensure the product quality.
Do you have any machinery design which for saving power?
Yes, for reducing power consumption, we shall equip servo motor for the extrusion machines, which can reduce around 20% power consumption. We equip automatic temperature control system for the barrel and mold heating, so it also can avoid over heating to waste power and damage the machine; we also equip insulation cover for the barrel heater to reduce the heat loss.
Do you supply the raw material details and formulation for the plastic products production?
Yes, we shall supply the basic formula to customer firstly for checking the raw material and finding suppliers, we can also recommend some good material suppliers if customer needs. And when the machine and molds are ready for testing, we shall test and adjust the formulation to make high quality product and try to reduce the cost as per customer’s needs.
What are the electrical power requirements (voltage, frequency, consumption) needed to operate the machine efficiently?
we will make the electric parts to adopt the industrial electric supply according to customer’s factory condition, so if you need different power supply, please kindly inform us to follow it.
Does the machine require highly specialized technicians for operation and maintenance, and what level of training is provided by the seller?
Maintenance and After-Sales Service. We suggest you have one semi-professional engineer who understand about machinery, better has some experience in plastic machinery. So when the machine arrive to you, we shall send engineer to your factory for machine installation, startup production and training your workers, our engineer shall teach him to run the machine. So if he is semi-experienced, he can learn the operation fast and to be professional.
what level of training is provided by the seller?
Maintenance and After-Sales Service. we will send professional engineer to your factory for machine installation and training, our engineer will teach your engineer for machine operation and maintenance until your engineer can run the complete plant stably for 2-3 days or more days if the customer require.
If your factory has any production problem and cannot solve by your engineer after our engineer back to China, you can call me on whatsapp by video so we can give you instruction online to solve the problem. We supply lifetime technical supporting for our machines.
What is the warranty period and what are the terms offered by the manufacturer for the machine and its various components?
Our standard warranty period is 1 year, free spare parts shall be provided in the 1 year warranty period if any damage because of quality problem. We shall give one free spare parts package with the machines when delivery to ensure your stably and continuously production.
After one year, we shall supply payable spare parts on time when customer needs. We supply lifetime spare parts supply.
Are spare parts readily available and reasonably priced? What is the average lifespan of the main consumable parts?
As per our experience, the gearbox/motors can work more than 10 years. The screw barrel may need to change after one year because of friction damage in production, the cutting blades may need to change 3-6 months.
when you order the machine, we shall give you a list of spare parts which is suggested to equip for storage. Because there are some wearing parts you should always have in storage.
Does the supplier provide technical support for machine installation, production startup, and troubleshooting? What is the expected response time?
Yes, sure, we supply technical support for machine installation, production startup when the machine arrive to your factory, we shall send engineer to your factory for machine installation, production startup, formulation adjustment and training. When you get troubleshooting, you can whastapp me at anytime, if it is not sleeping time in China, generally I will reply at advance or whenever I see your message; if it is sleeping time, then I will reply once I work by next day. If urgently support needs, you can call me to remind me. Video instruction online is also available.
Can the supplier provide data or assist in preparing a preliminary feasibility study for the production project to assess the expected financial return?
Yes, Yongte team shall provide the feasibility study report according to customer’s production requirements, including raw material cost, electric consumption, manpower needed, and final production cost, so the customer can do marketing and consider seriously about the feasibility of the project.
What is the expected timeline for machine delivery, installation, and the start of trial production?
After you pay the deposit payment, we shall take 60 days to finish the production for whole machines and molds, and then you will come to do inspection testing for the machines and molds, it may take 7-10 days because you have many molds. Then after you pay balance payment, then we can make shipment .
What is the payment term and payment percentage?
Generally, the payment term is 30% of total amount to be paid at advance, the balance payment to be paid before delivery and after inspection in seller’s factory.
For some market, we also accept 100% irrevocable L/C at sight
