Process Flow

PPR resin + color masterbatch → mixing → vacuum feeding → drying → extruder plasticizing (180-210℃) and co-extrusion→ mold forming → vacuum calibrating → multi-stage spray cooling → laser printing → pull off traction → fixed-length cutting → finished product stacking

1. Raw Material Processing System	(1) PE material is uniformly mixed with additives (such as color masterbatches) using a mixer. (2) The mixture is then automatically conveyed to the extruder's drying hopper via a vacuum feeder, where moisture is removed to ensure the PE material's moisture content remains below 0.1%, thereby guaranteeing product quality.
2. PPR Pipe Extruder	(1) Equipped with SJ65/33 and SJ50/33 high-efficiency single-screw extruders, featuring energy-saving servo motors (reducing power consumption by approximately 20%). (2) Direct-drive gearboxes (for high transmission efficiency and easy maintenance). (3) Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant screw barrels (constructed from 38CrMoALA alloy steel with nitriding treatment). (4) Efficient heating systems (using infrared heating coils). (5) Automated temperature control systems (featuring Omron temperature controllers).
3. Marking Line Extruder	(1) The SJ25 extruder is used to create marking lines on PPR pipes. (2) It can produce either a single marking line or multiple marking lines, depending on the customer's requirements.
4. Specialized PPR pipe Mold	(1) Equipped with basket or spiral structure die head to ensure uniform extrusion of the material.
5. Vacuum Calibration Tank	(1) The tube blank is rapidly calibrated via vacuum adsorption to ensure precise dimensional accuracy (vacuum level: 0.06 to 0.08 MPa). (2) The tank is constructed from stainless steel for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.
6. Spray Cooling Tank	(1) Equipped with multi-stage spray cooling technology, this tank maintains water temperature below 20℃ to ensure rapid and uniform cooling of pipes. (2) Constructed from stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability for long-term stable operation.
7. Pull-off Traction Machine	(1) Draws pipes at a steady speed (3-15 m/min) to ensure uniform length and stable production. (2) Equipped with precision control systems, it maintains consistent tension during the traction process, effectively preventing pipe deformation and ensuring dimensional accuracy.
8. Planetary Cutter	(1) Enables automatic fixed-length, chip-free cutting with smooth, burr-free edges, specifically optimized for small to medium diameter PPR pipes. (2) Its precision cutting mechanism ensures consistent length accuracy and minimizes material waste during production.
9. Laser printing machine	(1) Displays product specifications and batch information in real-time using laser technology, with no consumables required.
10. Stacking Rack	(1) This device automatically arranges finished pipes in an orderly fashion, with the capability to adjust the stacking height and layer count to suit various pipe lengths and storage needs.
11. Electric control system	(1) Our electrical components utilize internationally renowned high-quality brands, including ABB frequency converters, Siemens or Schneider contactors, Omron temperature controllers, Siemens PLC control system and Innovance servo motors.
