1. Raw Material Processing System	PE material is mixed evenly with additives (e.g., color masterbatches) via a mixer, then automatically conveyed to the extruder's drying hopper by a vacuum feeder to remove moisture (≤0.1% moisture content) for quality assurance.
2. PPR Pipe Extruder	Equipped with SJ65/33 high-efficiency single-screw extruder, including 55KW energy-saving servo motor (≈20% power saving), direct-drive gearbox (high transmission efficiency, easy maintenance), wear/corrosion-resistant screw barrel (38CrMoALA alloy steel, nitriding treatment), infrared heating system and Omron automated temperature control system.
3. Marking Line Extruder	SJ25 extruder creates marking lines on PPR pipes (single/multiple lines per customer requirements).
4. Specialized PPR Pipe Mold	Equipped with a basket or spiral structure die head to ensure uniform extrusion of the material.
5. Vacuum Calibration Tank	The tube blank is rapidly calibrated through vacuum adsorption to ensure dimensional accuracy (vacuum level 0.06 to 0.08 MPa). The tank is constructed from stainless steel.
