Canada WPC Complete Plant for Recycling Waste Fiberglass into WPC Decking
Yongte's Complete Wood Plastic Composite WPC machine, tailored for recycling waste fiberglass into high-performance composite decking, has been successfully delivered to Canada, offering a turnkey, eco-efficient solution for sustainable building material production. It integrates waste fiberglass into WPC decking via advanced co-extrusion, enabling resource reuse, energy savings, and long-lasting, low-maintenance end products. The WPC complete plant includes WPC mixing machine, WPC granulation machine, WPC decking co-extrusion machine, embossing machine, and sanding brushing machine.
Algeria 16-63mm Three-layer PPR Pipe Production Line
In 2025, Yongte developed a turnkey solution of "customized equipment + full services" for Algerian customers, addressing their needs for small-to-medium production scale, cost-effectiveness, and ease of operation, while covering the full lifecycle of 16-63mm PPR pipe production line.
African 75-200mm CPVC Pipe Extrusion Line
In 2025, Yongte installed the SJSZ80/156 CPVC Pipe Extrusion Line in South Africa for producing 75-200mm rigid CPVC pipes with capacity of 250-300 kg/h. We delivered on-site installation, commissioning, and comprehensive operator training to enable independent equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring continuous, efficient production.
China WPC Pipe Making Machine with Four Cavity
This WPC pipe making machine was custom-developed for a local client seeking to innovate chair manufacturing by replacing bamboo with WPC materials. Initially, the client ordered a four-cavity mold (for 10mm diameter hollow WPC pipes) to validate product feasibility. After Yongte produced test samples for market evaluation, the client proceeded to purchase a complete production line.
China PVC Rain Gutter Profile Making Machine
Yongte PVC Rain gutter Profile Making Machine has been successfully installed at the Chinese customer's factory, equipped with molds for manufacturing rain gutters and strawberry planting troughs. The production line features a conical twin-screw extrusion system suitable for PVC resin with high filler content (40%-60%), precision molds, vacuum calibration system, stable traction system, automatic cutting system, and advanced control system.
Plastic Molding Machine for African Customers – Plastic Waste Recycling & Reutilization Solution
This specialized plastic molding machine is engineered to address the unique requirements of African customers, with a core focus on converting plastic waste into high-value resources. The customer's primary raw material consists of plastic film/bag waste collected from roadways, The complete production line ultimately manufactures valuable plastic products, including plastic tanks, plastic chairs, plastic basins, plastic buckets, and plastic trash bins.
India Wood Plastic Machine - Transform Plastic Wastage into Green Building Material
By 2024, Yongte had specially engineered a WPC production plant to address Indian customers' plastic road waste challenges, developing customized wood-plastic systems and formulations including plastic recycling lines, wood and plastic mixing/granulation lines, WPC extrusion lines with molds, and auxiliary equipment. Post-machinery completion, trial production with relevant plastic waste materials and continuous formulation optimization yielded high-quality WPC decking, columns, and fence panels.
India Plastic Wastage Recycling Machine
This plastic waste recycling machine, installed in India by 2024, is designed to recycle plastic road waste into raw materials for WPC product manufacturing. The primary waste sources include plastic films and bags from soft packaging and household garbage. The system integrates key processes: washing crusher, friction washing, floating separation, squeeze drying, agglomeration, and fine crushing. The output consists of 400-500kg/hour dried, melted plastic flakes that can be directly blended with wood powder for WPC production. Yongte has also supplied a complete set of WPC manufacturing equipment to enable full utilization of these recycled materials.
Parallel Twin-Screw Extruder for Plastic Film Recycling To Africa
Yongte’s parallel twin-screw extruder for plastic film recycling has officially been put into stable operation in our Africa customer’s factory.this plastic recycling extrusion equipment is specially designed for the recycling of waste plastic films (including PP, PE film and bags materials), integrating advanced technology and practical performance, which perfectly matches the local plastic recycling needs.
Polish WPC Granulation Machine
Yongte installed an SH75 WPC granulation machine for a customer in Poland with a capacity of 400-500 kg/h. The machine is designed for producing WPC granules from recycled PP/PE plastics and a composition of 70% wood powder. It boasts high automation, ease of operation, low power consumption, and ensures uniform production.
African 200-400mm PVC Pipe Making Machine
Installed in 2019 at our African customer’s facility, this machine has run stably for 7+ years, producing high-quality PVC water pipes (200-400mm diameter) with 300-400kg/h capacity. Its cutting-edge extrusion technology meets local demand for cost-effective, durable water infrastructure.

In 2018, we installed a PVC ceiling making machine for our African customer. it offers durability, ease of use/maintenance, saving power and high output. We supported production process formulation, material sourcing in China, and staff training.
