1. SJ90 Plastic lumber profile extrusion line for continuously extruding plastic lumber planks: This machine is equipped with a single-screw extruder suitable for processing good recycled PP/PE/ABS flakes or granules, working together with a vacuum calibration and cooling tank, stably pulling off a tractor and auto cutter, so this line can produce plastic lumber products continuously, and the product length can be cut to any size. By vacuum calibration, the product made by this line has a good surface appearance and stable product shape. Therefore, the plastic lumber can be widely used for making outdoor furniture, such as lumber chairs, lumber sunbeds, lumber tables, and desks.

2. SH75 plastic lumber board extrusion line equipped with a parallel twin-screw extruder with a vacuum exhausting system and a force-feeding press, so it can work with mixed crushed plastic materials such as film/bag/flakes. By equipping a wide-width extrusion mold, calibration table, traction machine, and cutter, this line can produce a maximum width of 1200mm plastic lumber board with a thickness of up to 50mm. The product surface is also smooth and uniform by vacuum calibration, and the product length can also be cut to any size. The plastic lumber board product is widely used as a panel for desks and tables and can also be cut into small pieces of planks.

3. SJZ90 Plastic pole extrusion and molding machine can use plastic waste film/bags directly without crushing and washing processes. The large-diameter twin-screw extruder can ingest the plastic waste directly and melt it, then push the material into molds which are placed into a full water tank after being filled with the melted material. Thus, this machine can produce solid fence poles with round or square shapes, and the length of the fence pole is fixed by the melt mold, generally with a maximum length of 2500mm.

It is suitable for rapid cooling systems, easy to install and maintain, and the water tank is equipped with a filter to prevent contamination. |

All contactors and wires in our electrical cabinets are neatly arranged, with wire numbers clearly labeled according to a set pattern. All auxiliary wiring uses quick-connect plugs (eliminating the need for customer wiring), ensuring convenience and safety. |
