1. Raw Material Processing System - Uniform Mixing for PPR Pipe Production	The polyethylene material is homogeneously blended with additives, including color masterbatches, employing a mixer. Subsequently, the resultant blend is automatically transported to the extruder's drying hopper by means of a vacuum feeder. During this process, moisture is eliminated to maintain the polyethylene material's moisture content at or below 0.1%, thereby effectively ensuring the consistency of product quality.
2. PPR Pipe Extruder -high efficiency multi extrusion system with automatic control	Equipped with a high-efficiency extruder featuring a 20% energy-saving servo motor, a high-torque gearbox (for exceptional transmission efficiency and easy maintenance), a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant screw barrel, an efficient heating system, and an automated temperature control system.
3. Marking Line Co-Extruder - customized color line	The SJ25 extruder is specialized for creating marking lines on PPR pipes. It can produce either single or multiple marking lines, fully customizable to meet specific customer requirements.
4. Specialized PPR Pipe Mold - precision sizers	Equipped with a basket or spiral structure die head to ensure uniform and high speed extrusion of the material.

Vacuum Calibration Tank -high speed calibration to ensure product quality	The tube blank is rapidly calibrated via vacuum adsorption to ensure precise dimensional accuracy (vacuum level: 0.06 to 0.08 MPa). The tank is constructed from high-quality stainless steel for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.
6. Spray Cooling Tank - rapid cooling system	Equipped with multi-stage spray cooling technology, this tank maintains water temperature below 20℃ to ensure rapid and uniform cooling of pipes. 7. Pull-off Traction Machine - servo drived stably traction system	Draws pipes at a steady speed (3-15 m/min) to ensure uniform length and stable production. Planetary Cutter - High Precision Chip-free Cutting for PPR Pipes	Enables automatic fixed-length, chip-free cutting with smooth, burr-free edges, specifically optimized for small to medium diameterPPR pipes. Its high-precision cutting mechanism ensures consistent length accuracy and minimizes material waste during production, enhancing overall manufacturing efficiency.
9. Laser printing machine - customized input information and low maintainence	Displays product specifications and batch information in real-time using laser technology, with no consumables required.
10. Stacking Rack - automatic PPR pipe collection and stacking	Automatically stacks finished pipes in an orderly manner, with adjustable stacking height and layer count to accommodate different pipe lengths and storage requirements.
