1. Raw Material Processing System - Uniform Mixing for PPR Pipe Production
The polyethylene material is homogeneously blended with additives, including color masterbatches, employing a mixer. Subsequently, the resultant blend is automatically transported to the extruder's drying hopper by means of a vacuum feeder. During this process, moisture is eliminated to maintain the polyethylene material's moisture content at or below 0.1%, thereby effectively ensuring the consistency of product quality.
2. PPR Pipe Extruder -high efficiency multi extrusion system with automatic control
Equipped with a high-efficiency extruder featuring a 20% energy-saving servo motor, a high-torque gearbox (for exceptional transmission efficiency and easy maintenance), a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant screw barrel, an efficient heating system, and an automated temperature control system.
3. Marking Line Co-Extruder - customized color line
The SJ25 extruder is specialized for creating marking lines on PPR pipes. It can produce either single or multiple marking lines, fully customizable to meet specific customer requirements.
4. Specialized PPR Pipe Mold - precision sizers

5. Vacuum Calibration Tank -high speed calibration to ensure product quality

6. Spray Cooling Tank - rapid cooling system
