Yongte’s 315-630mm Large Diameter PE Pipe Making Machine is a full-automatic integrated extrusion system specially developed for PE80/PE100 raw materials, covering raw material mixing, extrusion, shaping, cooling, marking, cutting and finished stacking.

| 1. Material Feeding and Drying: | The polyethylene material is automatically transported to the extruder's drying hopper by means of a vacuum feeder, where moisture is eliminated to maintain the material's moisture content below 0.1%, thereby ensuring the quality of the product. |

PE Pipe Extruder: | The system is outfitted with an SJ120/36 high-efficiency single-screw extruder, which incorporates a 90KW energy-saving servo motor (resulting in approximately 20% reduction in power consumption), a direct-drive gearbox (ensuring high transmission efficiency and simplified maintenance), a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant screw barrel (constructed from 38CrMoALA alloy steel and precision nitrided), an efficient infrared heating coil system, and an automated temperature control system (featuring Omron’s high-precision temperature controller). These sophisticated components collectively ensure stable material melting, uniform extrusion pressure, and consistent product quality throughout the production process. |
