Product details
1. Material Feeding and Drying:
The PE material is automatically sent to the extruder's drying hopper via a vacuum feeder, where moisture is removed to keep its content below 0.1% and ensure product quality.
2. PE Pipe Extruder:
It uses the SJ75/33 high-efficiency single-screw extruder, with a 75-90KW energy-saving servo motor (cuts power use by about 20%), direct-drive gearbox (for better transmission efficiency and easier maintenance), durable screw barrel (made from 38CrMoALA alloy steel with precision nitriding), efficient infrared heating coils, and automatic temperature control (using Omron’s high-precision controller). All these features work together to keep material melting stable, extrusion pressure even, and product quality consistent during production.
3. Marking Line Extruder:
We use the SJ25 extruder to add marking lines on PE pipes. It can make either one line or multiple lines, depending on what the customer needs.
4. Specialized PE Pipe Mold:
It uses a basket or spiral die head to make sure the material comes out evenly when extruded.
5. Vacuum Calibration Tank:
The extruded tube blank gets quickly and precisely shaped using vacuum suction, keeping the vacuum level between 0.06–0.08 MPa to make sure the dimensions are spot-on. Made from food-grade stainless steel, the tank has a multi-zone vacuum control system and efficient water cooling that works together to keep the pipes round, the surface smooth, and everything within tight tolerance standards even when running at high speeds.
6. Spray Cooling Tank:
It uses multi-stage spray cooling tech to keep the water temp below 20°C, so the pipes cool down fast and evenly. Made of stainless steel, it’s super resistant to rust and lasts a long time, working steadily for ages.
7. Pull-off Traction Machine:
