Following rounds of rigorous trial runs and technical optimization, our customized 4-cavity plastic profile extrusion machine has officially completed factory acceptance testing (FAT) and obtained full recognition from our overseas client. The newly upgraded production line is designed for recycled raw materials, realizing simultaneous mass production of four sets of plastic profiles with waste plastics and waste fabrics as raw materials, which opens up a new efficient and eco-friendly production mode for the global recycled profile manufacturing industry. in the inspection testing, we got the line into stably production for making 4 pcs of plastic profiles at the same time by using waste plastic an waste fabrics as raw material, and the production speed reach to 8 meter/minute.
Different from conventional single-cavity profile equipment, this tailor-made 4-cavity plastic profile machine boasts a core competitive advantage of four profiles produced synchronously on one single production line. The dual-channel feeding and balanced extrusion structure effectively upgrades production efficiency by nearly 300% compared with traditional equipment, greatly helping clients cut production costs and shorten delivery cycles. Meanwhile, targeting the characteristics of compound recycled materials including waste plastics and waste discarded fabrics, the R&D and engineering team overcame multiple technical pain points in the commissioning process.
Recycled composite materials feature unstable viscosity, uneven mixing and high impurity content, which easily leads to unqualified finished products and unstable extrusion operation. To solve this industry-wide difficulty, our technical team conducted dozens of on-site trial tests. The team continuously adjusted raw material formulas, optimized temperature distribution across each extrusion zone, fine-tuned screw rotating speed, feeding pressure and other core process parameters, and optimized the material mixing and plasticizing process repeatedly. After repeated iterations and performance verifications, the equipment finally achieved stable and continuous operation for long hours.
During the final acceptance procedure organized by the client’s professional technical team, the complete production line ran stably under real commercial production conditions. All finished plastic profile products made from mixed waste plastics and waste fabrics fully complied with international quality standards and the client’s customized technical specifications in terms of surface flatness, dimensional accuracy, structural toughness and overall yield. The excellent equipment performance and mature recycled material processing technology won high praise from the client’s onsite inspectors.
