Our Company Completes Manufacturing of High-Grade WPC Decking Extrusion Line

We are pleased to announce that we have finished the fabrication of a premium SJSZ65/132 WPC (wood-plastic composite) decking extrusion  line, built for stable, high-quality composite profile manufacturing.

Wide Raw Material & Production Scope

This production line supports composite profiles made from recycled PP/PE plastics mixed with wood flour, as well as PVC profiles and PVC WPC door frames, WPC wall panel. It is highly versatile to meet diversified production requirements of composite material manufacturers.

Reliable Feeding & Extrusion System

This line is fitted with an automatic feeding system. A twin-screw feeder delivers consistent and uniform material feeding, while a rotating agitator inside the hopper prevents material bridging. It adopts high-efficiency energy-saving servo motors and vertical direct-connected gearboxes. The base is constructed with 70 mm solid cast iron for outstanding rigidity and stability.

The conical twin screws are made of bimetallic wear-resistant material, and the barrel is lined with SKD alloy sleeve specially customized for WPC processing. The main frame is welded from 10 mm solid steel plates.

Precision Forming & Downstream Equipment

A CNC-processed 3D embossing unit delivers realistic texture patterns on finished profiles. Downstream equipment includes an 8-meter extended stainless steel cooling platform. All pipe fittings and joints are made of 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. It is equipped with servo-controlled dual caterpillar haul-off and servo cutter for fixed-length precision cutting.

Intelligent Electrical Control System

All electrical components across the whole line are sourced from internationally renowned premium brands. The production line adopts PLC intelligent control, featuring a high level of automation. The electrical cabinet is equipped with an air-cooled circulation system to guarantee stable operation under long-running working conditions.

Product Application

Finished profiles are widely used for outdoor decking, garden landscape engineering, outdoor flooring, decorative door frames, terrace planks, railings and other outdoor construction & decoration projects.
