Yongte’s advanced 20-110mm PERT Pipe Extrusion Machine is a professionally engineered extrusion system dedicated to producing small-diameter polyethylene pipes with smooth inner walls and precise dimensional accuracy. Integrated with automated processes, energy-efficient operation and strict quality control, this line ensures consistent and superior product quality for mass production.

Optimized with advanced single-screw extrusion technology and a customized screw design, it stably produces PERT pipes with standard diameters of 20/25/32/40/50/63/75/90/110mm. The line is widely applied in potable water supply systems, sewage drainage, electrical conduits, residential water supply and drainage, municipal infrastructure projects and large-scale agricultural irrigation networks. It supports both new PERT materials and high-quality recycled materials, meeting diverse production needs of customers.

  4. Extruder Plasticizing → 180-210℃, SJ75/33 single-screw extruder

  6. Vacuum Calibrating → 0.06-0.08MPa, precise dimension calibration
  7. Multi-stage Spray Cooling → Water temperature <20℃, full and uniform cooling
  8. Laser Printing → Real-time non-consumable marking of product specs & batch info
  9. Pull-off Traction → 3-15m/min stable speed, tension control to prevent deformation
  10. Fixed-length Cutting → Chipless cutting, ±1mm precision
