African 75-200mm CPVC Pipe Extrusion Line

Yongte installed the CPVC Pipe Extrusion Line in South Africa in 2025. Designed to produce CPVC pipes with diameters ranging from 75mm to 200mm, the line features advanced SJSZ80/156 conical twin-screw extruder (55KW motor) delivering extrusion capacity of 250-300kg/h. Equipped with high-precision die head for uniform wall thickness and roundness, the line also includes comprehensive vacuum sizing and cooling system to control dimensions and boost efficiency. Its automatic cutting and stacking system streamlines production, cutting labor costs and enhancing productivity. The user-friendly control interface allows easy operation even for less technically skilled staff. Built for durability with high-quality materials, the line withstands continuous operation in African market conditions and requires minimal maintenance, reducing downtime and ensuring smooth production. Our professional engineering team traveled to the customer’s factory to install the machine and provide comprehensive training to local operators.
