African PVC Ceiling Making Machine

In 2018, we installed a PVC ceiling making machine for our African customer. The machine was tailored to meet the specific requirements of the local market, considering factors such as climate conditions, material availability, and production efficiency. It featured durable quality, easy operation, easy maintenance, and a high output (100-150kg/h). Considering the electric power shortage in Africa, we designed the machine for low power consumption, around 30KWH. We also assisted the customer in formulating a stable production process for low-cost products and helped them find a reliable material supplier in China. Our technical team provided comprehensive training to the customer's staff, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the machine. Since its installation, the machine has been running stably, producing high-quality PVC ceilings that meet international standards. The customer has expressed great satisfaction with the performance of the machine and the after-sales service provided by our company.
