As a core product of Yongte, this plastic recycling extrusion equipment is specially designed for the recycling of waste plastic films (including PP, PE film and bags materials), integrating advanced technology and practical performance, which perfectly matches the local plastic recycling needs.

The outstanding performance of Yongte’s parallel twin-screw extruder has been fully verified in the actual operation in Africa. Firstly, it adopts a co-rotating twin-screw design with a screw diameter of 150mm and screw length of 3500mm, which ensures sufficient homogenization and plasticization of waste plastic films, effectively solving the problem of uneven melting caused by impurities and adhesives in the recycled materials. The screw and barrel of extruder is made of 38CrMoAIA material with nitrating treatment, which has high strength and wear resistance, adapting to the harsh working environment of local waste plastic processing. The special designed feeding zone can handle big plastic film/bags directly no need crushing and washing, the extruder has also designed with exhaust zone for moisture.

the recycled material can be directly used for making plastic basin, plastic buckets, plastic stool, plastic trash can and other valuable products by our plastic molding machine, 

the recycled material also can be directly used for making WPC products (such as WPC decking, WPC wall panel, WPC fence) by our Wood plastic machine.

In terms of production capacity, Yongte’s 150mm parallel twin-screw extruder can achieve a stable output of 400-600 kg per hour. At the same time, the equipment adopts an energy-saving design, which effectively reduces energy consumption while ensuring production efficiency.
