The outstanding performance of Yongte’s parallel twin-screw extruder has been fully verified in the actual operation in Africa. Firstly, it adopts a co-rotating twin-screw design with a screw diameter of 150mm and screw length of 3500mm, which ensures sufficient homogenization and plasticization of waste plastic films, effectively solving the problem of uneven melting caused by impurities and adhesives in the recycled materials. The screw and barrel of extruder is made of 38CrMoAIA material with nitrating treatment, which has high strength and wear resistance, adapting to the harsh working environment of local waste plastic processing. The special designed feeding zone can handle big plastic film/bags directly no need crushing and washing, the extruder has also designed with exhaust zone for moisture.
