Yongte Secures Customized Wood-Plastic Equipment Order for Foreign Client

Recently, Yongte successfully secured a customized WPC profile machine order from an overseas client, focusing on converting waste materials into high-value packaging products with low cost and high production capacity, and the  WPC equipment is in production now, we shall make the machine with high quality.

The client put forward clear and specific demands for the production project: using waste clothes and waste plastics as raw materials to produce a strip-shaped product for packaging purposes. Meanwhile, the product must meet two core requirements: excellent strength to ensure packaging safety and low production costs to enhance market competitiveness. This is a typical green production project that aligns with the global trend of circular economy and waste recycling, which also poses high requirements for the professionalism and customization level of the production equipment.

Upon receiving the client’s request, Yongte attached great importance to the project and immediately set up a professional technical team to tackle the challenges. Considering the particularity of the raw materials—waste clothes and waste plastics, which have inconsistent properties and are difficult to process—the team carried out repeated trial runs and technical adjustments. They continuously optimized the equipment parameters, formulation and production processes, and successfully produced high-quality strip products that met the client’s requirements for strength and cost control. After the client conducted a strict quality inspection and confirmation on the sample products, both parties reached a formal cooperation agreement smoothly.
