By 2024, Yongte had specially engineered a WPC production plant to address the Indian customer's requirement for solving plastic road waste challenges.Indian clients reported generating substantial roadside plastic waste from packaging and household garbage. As environmental specialists dedicated to recycling these materials, we developed customized wood-plastic production systems and formulations. Our solutions include plastic waste recycling lines, wood and plastic mixing and granulation line, WPC profile extrusion lines with molds, and auxiliary equipment. After completing the machinery, we conducted trial production using corresponding plastic waste material. Through continuous optimization of formulations, we successfully manufactured high-quality wpc decking, wpc columns, and wpc fence panels。
