Technology Empowers Overseas Infrastructure: Yongte's Customized 75-125mm Three-Layer PPR Pipe Extrusion Line Project for the Algerian Client was completed in 2025.

1. Specification Coverage: This PPR pipe production line stably produce four core diameter PPR pipes: 75mm, 90mm, 110mm, and 125mm, covering multiple scenarios such as municipal main pipelines, industrial water supply, and high-rise building water supply, and supporting rapid diameter switching.

Product Performance: The produced PPR pipes comply with local Algerian building material standards (referencing European EN 15874 standards), featuring a three-layer structural design (inner antibacterial layer, middle pressure-bearing layer, outer anti-aging layer) to ensure a service life of ≥50 years.

Production Efficiency: Equipped with auto feeder, auto dryer, high effective extrusion machine, high speed vacuum calibration tank and water cooling tank, stably traction and auto cutting equipment, the line features a high degree of automation, reducing reliance on manual labor, with an output of 200 kg/hour.

4. Service Guarantee: Yongte provided full-process services, including on-site installation and commissioning, technical training, and after-sales maintenance to ensure rapid and smooth equipment deployment.
