Polish WPC Granulation Machine

Yongte manufactured and installed a custom-made WPC granulation machine for a client in Poland in 2024. Designed to convert 70% fine wood powder and recycled PP/PE plastics into wood-plastic composite granules, these granules are highly versatile for manufacturing a variety of WPC products, including decking, wall panels, fences, and pergola parts. The WPC granulation machine features a high-efficiency SH75 parallel twin-screw extruder with specialized venting system that expels moisture from the material. It also includes a hot pelletizing system that ensures even pellet formation as the material melts and exits the extruder. With a four-stage air cooling system, the machine produces uniform and high-quality WPC granules at a steady output of 400–500 kg per hour, all at a low cost. This highly automated machine is equipped with automatic feeding, conveying, and control systems. Its design not only conserves electricity, reducing costs and benefiting the environment but also ensures robust construction, minimizing breakdowns and requiring minimal maintenance. Yongte supported the customer with overseas installation services, on-site team training, and remote technical assistance through online video guidance.
