This specialized plastic molding machine is engineered to address the unique requirements of African customers, with a core focus on converting plastic waste into high-value resources. The customer's primary raw material consists of plastic film/bag waste collected from roadways, for which we have developed a dedicated direct extrusion system. This innovative design eliminates the need for pre-washing and crushing processes, significantly streamlining operations. To ensure uniform melt quality for molding, we equipped double roller calendaring and rolling unit, and also equipped customized molding machines and molds according to the customer's specific product dimensions. The complete production line ultimately manufactures valuable plastic products, including plastic tanks, plastic chairs, plastic basins, plastic buckets, and plastic trash bins.
