The screw and barrel are precision-manufactured from wear-resistant materials tailored specifically to the processed material. For WPC extruders, bimetallic screws and SKD barrels are employed—these components significantly enhance wear resistance and extend the equipment’s service life. Additionally, the optimized screw geometry boosts melting and mixing efficiency, yielding a more uniform and high-quality final product.
