This kind of door board extrusion line from Yongte is engineered to produce high-quality WPC foam boards with solid shape, utilizing PVC resin and wood powder as its primary raw materials. It is capable of manufacturing both PVC foam boards and solid WPC foam boards, featuring a standard width of 1220mm and adjustable thickness ranging from 3mm to 40mm. The machine integrates advanced extrusion technology to ensure a uniform density and superior mechanical strength, foam board T die for low density, fast cooling calibrator system for crust skin surface, cooling stacker, strong force 10 pairs of roller pull off machine, high-precision cutting system, it delivers exact board thickness which is adjustable for 3-40mm by T die and calibrators .
