Russian WPC Door Panel Machine

In 2023, Yongte successfully supplied a high automated WPC door making machine to a leading construction materials manufacturer in Russia. This advanced production line integrates an SJSZ92/188 conical twin-screw extruder with a capacity of 400-500 kg/h, precision vacuum calibration, high-torque traction systems, and intelligent cutting modules. It enables the production of 1200mm-wide WPC door panels from PVC resin and wood powder blends. The equipment was customized to withstand Russia's extreme temperature variations, featuring reinforced insulation and dust-proof enclosures to ensure year-round operational stability. The machine features advanced technology and a precise control system, ensuring stable production and excellent product quality. It has been well received by the Russian customer for its high efficiency, energy-saving, and environmental protection characteristics, greatly improving their production capacity and market competitiveness.
