1. Electric control system:
(1) Our electrical components utilize internationally renowned high-quality brands, including ABB frequency converters, Siemens or Schneider contactors, Omron temperature controllers, Siemens PLC control system and Innovance servo motors.
(2) This not only achieves precise process control (such as closed-loop regulation of temperature, speed, and pressure) but also meets the voltage standards and safety certifications of different countries/regions.
(3) The entire electrical cabinet system has undergone safety testing and complies with international safety standards:
EN ISO 12100 Safety of machinery, EN 60204-1 Electrical equipment of machines, and EN 61000 series EMC standards.
2. Feeding System:
(1) automatic spiral screw feeder which can evenly convey raw materials to the extruder
(2) it is fully made by 304 stainless steel by seamless welding
3. Extruder machine:
(1) The specially designed conical twin-screw extruder can efficiently transport wood flour and PVC resin mixtures, quickly plasticize materials to avoid wood flour carbonization or PVC degradation, improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
(2) It equip with servo motor for reducing 15-20% power consumption, direct-drive vertical gearbox with high transmission efficiency and running stably, durable and energy-efficient automatic heating and temperature control system.
4. Mold:
(1) The mold is customized according to the shape and size requirements of the door panel and it determines the cross-sectional shape and size of the hollow WPC board.
(2) Our hollow WPC board mold is professional designed to ensure the melt flow to form the uniform panel wall thickness.
5. Calibration and Cooling System:
(1) Composed of vacuum calibration and water cooling, the calibration table is made of full 304 stainless steel and full water pipeline is good designed to supply stably water flow.
(2) The calibration method is by stably strong vacuum and the cooling method is forced spraying to shape and cool the extruded door panel to ensure its dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
6. Haul-off Machine:
(1) It is used to pull the cooled door panel at constant speed to ensure stably and continuously production
(2) it equip with double stage gearbox and servo motor driving to ensure precision speed control and high torque output.
7. Cutting Machine:
(1) Equipped with PLC control system for automatic length cutting by setting through an instrument counter or sensor switch
(2) high quality saw blade to ensure cutting section without chips
(3) 5.5KW dust collector to suction the cutting dusts
8. Stacking Machine:
(1) pneumatic unloading and stacking the cut hollow WPC boards neatly
