Description

Yongte WPC door frame machine is a complete PVC WPC extrusion line for manufacturing WPC door frames, door jambs and door line profiles. It solves common WPC production pain points: unstable profile dimension, low output, high power consumption and heavy manual operation. Available in two models YT200(SJSZ51/105) and YT300(SJSZ65/132), capacity from 150kg/h to 200kg/h. Suitable both for small scale workshops and large volume WPC profile manufacturing plants. Full WPC door frame line includes auto feeding, twin screw extruder, mould, calibration cooling table, tractor, servo cutting machine and automatic stacker. CE certified.

1. Automatic Feeder:	The spiral screw feeder is suitable for PVC and WPC compound materials and is entirely made of 304 stainless steel with seamless welding.
2. SJSZ65/132 Conical Twin Screw Extruder:	With its deep-groove feeding section and gradual plasticizing section, the WPC door profile extruder provides a stable melt output for wood-plastic materials, ensuring efficient and stable production. The extruder is equipped with a servo motor to save 15-20% power, an optional vertical gearbox for stable and powerful production, bimetallic screws and SKD barrels for long-term use, and an automatic temperature control system.
3. WPC Door Frame Mold:	Crafted from high-quality 3Cr17 mold steel, featuring precise zoned temperature control, a modular design for stable shaping dimensions, and quick-positioning pins for easy installation.
4. Calibration and Cooling Table:	Constructed from a single sheet of 304 stainless steel and featuring a well-planned pipeline design, this table offers overall electric lifting and left-right adjustment capabilities, as well as a water system that runs its entire length. It is ideal for rapid cooling systems, being straightforward to install and maintain. Additionally, the water tank includes a filter to prevent contamination.
5. Traction Machine:	High-quality rubber ensures durability, the tire tread surface guarantees traction friction, dual-stage reduction provides sufficient traction torque, and the bird-wing protective cover simplifies operation and maintenance.
6. Cutting Machine:	Featuring automatic fixed-length cutting, a 304 stainless steel panel, a fully enclosed dust collection system to minimize dust pollution, and equipped with a servo motor. It also includes special material cutting blades designed for high-speed cutting to prevent chipping.
7. Electric Control System:	Our electrical components employ internationally recognized high-quality brands, such as ABB frequency converters, Siemens or Schneider contactors, Omron temperature controllers, a Siemens PLC control system, and Innovance servo motors. This ensures precise process control, including closed-loop regulation of temperature, speed, and pressure, and also adheres to the voltage standards and safety certifications of various countries/regions. The entire electrical cabinet system has been subjected to safety testing and conforms to international safety standards, including EN ISO 12100 ((Safety of machinery), EN 60204-1 ((Electrical equipment of machines), and the EN 61000 series EMC standards.
8. Product Stacker:	A 6-meter automatic stacker made of stainless steel, with an optional auto robot for automatic stacking.
