The machine efficiently melts and plasticizes wood-plastic granules (or fragments) using a conical twin-screw extruder, and a single screw extruder for the modified PE granules, before extruding them into a specialized co-extrusion mold to form the required size and shape. The design, featuring a barrel diameter that decreases from large to small, ensures not only the mixing effect of the material but also a stable melt pressure within the mold cavity, compressing the wood-plastic material (achieving a final product density of 1.3 g/cm³) to ensure the strength of the final product. 1. Automatic Feeder:
The main extruder is equipped with a screw feeder, while the co-extruder features a vacuum suction feeder.
2. SJSZ65/132 Conical Twin Screw Extruder:
Equipped with a servo motor to save 15-20% power, a vertical gearbox for stable and powerful production, a bimetallic screw and SKD barrel for long-term use, and an automatic temperature control system
3. SJ35 Co-extruder:
Equipped with a drying hopper and automatic system, featuring a specially designed screw shape to ensure the melting and uniform material flow.
4. Co-extrusion Mold:
Made of high-quality 3Cr17 mold steel, featuring a rational co-extrusion die cavity and core layer die cavity flow design, precise zoned temperature control, a modular design for stable shaping dimensions, and quick-positioning pins for easy installation.
5. Online 3D Embossing Equipment:
To enhance the wood grain appearance and anti-slip effect of Wood Plastic Composite, we have equipped an online 3D deep embossing machine. This equipment can be installed on the calibration table of the WPC extrusion line to create a more realistic wood grain effect. The embossing roller is interchangeable to produce various wooden textures.
6. Calibration and Cooling Table:
Made from a single sheet of 304 stainless steel with a reasonable pipe design, it features overall electric lifting and left-right adjustment, and a water system along its entire length. It is suitable for rapid cooling systems, easy to install and maintain, and the water tank is equipped with a filter to prevent contamination.
7. Traction Machine:
High-quality rubber ensures durability, the tire tread surface guarantees traction friction, dual-stage reduction provides sufficient traction torque, and the bird-wing protective cover simplifies operation and maintenance.
8. Cutting Machine:
