For instance, in a previous project for a Canadian customer, we provided a turnkey co-extrusion system that utilized recycled plastic and PCB recycled fiberglass for the core WPC layer, paired with weather-resistant material for the surface layer. Similarly, in our WPC production project for an Indian client, the customer employed road waste mixed with various colored plastics for the core layer, complemented by an anti-aging co-extruded surface layer featuring custom colors. Additionally, our Romanian customer has adopted the co-extrusion system to replace traditional single-layer WPC, now offering products with over 10 years of warranty.

The rubber seepage pipe extrusion line, engineered specifically for the client’s agricultural irrigation and water management applications, features Yongte’s advanced single-screw extrusion technology and precision foaming control system. During the trial run, the line operated with exceptional stability, producing rubber seepage pipes with uniformly distributed foamed voids, consistent wall thickness, and excellent water permeability—critical performance attributes for underground seepage systems.

Recently, we have catch several orders for WPC production line, plastic recycling machine, Plastic sheet machine and Plastic pipe production lines. To meet the production needs of new orders, We have carried out upgrade and renovation on its production workshop. The main purpose of this renovation is to provide more test-run space in the workshop to facilitate customer acceptance work.
