Unlike surface mixing, this process achieves molecular-level bonding and plasticization of plastic and wood flour, ensuring the strength and quality of final WPC products. 5. WPC Profile Extrusion Line This line uses a conical twin-screw extruder to efficiently melt and plasticize WPC granules (or fragments), then extrudes them through specialized molds into desired sizes and shapes. The barrel’s tapered design (large to small diameter) ensures optimal material mixing, stable melt pressure in the mold cavity, and compaction of WPC materials (final product density reaches 1.3 g/cm³) for enhanced product strength. Equipped with a high-speed cooling & calibration table, stable traction system, and automatic cutting equipment, the line can produce WPC wall panels, fence panels, and posts by changing molds—realizing multi-product compatibility. 6. Co-extrusion Machine To address the shortcomings of poor weather resistance and uneven color caused by recycled materials, we integrate a co-extrusion process. By co-extruding a layer of high-quality modified PE on the WPC core, we create various wood grain colors and ensure over 10 years of outdoor service life—greatly expanding the application scope of WPC products.
