1. PVC raw material mixer (hot and cold mixer for uniform material mixing)

2. Conical twin-screw extruder: This extruder is designed for high-performance PVC sheet production, featuring a conical twin-screw design that ensures optimal plasticization and consistent extrusion quality. It incorporates advanced temperature control systems to maintain precise processing conditions, enhancing both productivity and product uniformity. The extruder's robust construction and energy-efficient operation make it a reliable choice for continuous production demands.

3. PVC sheet die (customizable according to sheet specifications): The die is engineered with precision to ensure uniform thickness and smooth surface finish of the PVC sheets. It features an adjustable lip gap mechanism that allows for fine-tuning during operation, catering to various sheet widths and thickness requirements. Additionally, the die design incorporates efficient heating elements to maintain optimal temperature distribution, preventing material degradation and ensuring consistent product quality. The die body is constructed from high-grade stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability for prolonged use in demanding production environments.

4. Three-roll calender with temperature control system: This system allows for precise temperature regulation during the calendering process, ensuring uniform material flow and minimizing defects. The three-roll arrangement provides superior surface finish and thickness control, enhancing the overall quality of the final product. Additionally, the calender is equipped with a user-friendly interface for easy operation and monitoring of process parameters. We can also equip specially designed roller for making PVC sheet with embossed surface, mat surface, or sanded surface.

5. Sheet cooling support and traction device: This device cools PVC sheets and provides stable traction during production, maintaining their shape and flatness to minimize deformation and enhance product quality. Its optimized cooling system rapidly reduces sheet temperature, while the traction mechanism precisely controls speed and tension for smooth operation.

6. Automatic slitter and cross-cutter (microcomputer-controlled for fixed-length cutting and counting): This component is designed for precise and automated cutting of PVC sheets, ensuring consistent dimensions and high production efficiency. It features microcomputer control for accurate fixed-length cutting and counting, reducing material waste and enhancing operational accuracy. The automatic slitter and cross-cutter also streamline the production process, minimizing manual intervention and improving overall workflow.

7. Servo-controlled winder/stacker (ensuring precise speed synchronization and neat winding/stacking): Automatic tension control system (maintains consistent material tension during winding for optimal quality). High-precision guiding device (ensures accurate sheet alignment in winding/stacking). Integrated safety interlock system (prevents accidents and ensures operator safety).

8. Intelligent control cabinet with touch screen operation: User-friendly interface enables easy operation/monitoring with real-time parameter adjustment for optimized winding/stacking. Intelligent control system features self-diagnostic functions to quickly detect/display faults, facilitating timely maintenance and reducing downtime.
