Yongte Plastic Bag Recycling Granulator is designed to convert waste plastic film and bags into high-density qualited plastic pellets. Equipped with a vertically oriented flat die structure powered by a directly coupled reducer, it delivers stable operation and easy maintenance. The machine is widely used in the recycling of plastic film and bags, as well as in low-density plastic granulation and agglomeration.

Main Working Principle

Plastic film or bag materials enter the feeding hopper after being crushed, then fall evenly onto the flat die. The rotating pressing rollers force the materials through the mold holes, extruding them into cylindrical pellets. These are subsequently cut into uniform finished pellets automatically. This machine does not have a heating function; therefore, it does not melt the plastic but merely compresses the plastic film or bags into high-density pellets. This facilitates easy transportation and feeding into the extruder.

The absence of thermal processing preserves the original polymer structure, ensuring minimal degradation during pelletizing. The high-density output maintains consistent shape and size, which enhances feeding efficiency in downstream recycling or manufacturing processes. Additionally, the mechanical compression reduces air pockets within the material, resulting in improved bulk density and storage stability.
