Yongte design the plastic extrusion and molding machine with high efficiency extrusion system and compression molding system, the compression molds can be made according to customer’s plastic wastage material and required product specification, it is a good solution for recycling and reusing plastic wastage.
This Waste Plastic recycling extruder can directly process plastic waste films/bags without the need for crushing or washing. Its large-diameter twin-screw extruder efficiently feeds and melts the plastic waste, then the molten material will be feed into customized compression molds with required weight according to the products. Then the compressing machine shall close the mold with high pressure for forming the product shape and cooling the material to make a final product. The advantage of this machine is easy to operation, low power consumption, wide adaptability of recycled material, easy to maintenance.
