Waste Textile Recycling Production Line Successfully Passes Final On-Site Acceptance by Overseas Client

YONGTE, a professional manufacturer of solid waste recycling and processing machinery, has achieved another milestone in the waste textile recycling industry. The customized, integrated waste clothes recycling production line—designed and built specifically for an overseas client—has successfully passed comprehensive on-site acceptance following professional trial operation, earning full recognition and high praise from the client.

To verify the equipment’s overall performance, operational stability, and actual production capacity, representatives from the overseas client visited YONGTE’s factory to conduct systematic commissioning and acceptance tests. During the full-process trial run, the entire waste textile recycling production line operated stably, with no abnormal failures. In the fully automated, end-to-end production process, waste and used garments are conveyed via supporting belt conveyors to the shredder for primary crushing—converting whole waste textiles into uniform fabric fragments. These fragments are then automatically transferred through an integrated conveying system to the granulator for deep processing, ultimately producing reusable textile particles.

The tested integrated waste textile recycling production line achieves seamless linkage between shredding and granulating operations, significantly reducing manual intervention and substantially improving overall production efficiency. Its stable hourly output of finished textile particles reaches approximately 500 kilograms—fully meeting the client’s daily large-scale waste clothing processing requirements. Leveraging YONGTE’s newly upgraded core technology, the regenerated fiber particles exhibit consistent texture and high practicality. Notably, these recycled particles serve as an ideal substitute for traditional wood powder and can be widely applied in the manufacture of wood-plastic composites—including outdoor decking, fences, guardrails, wall panels, and other architectural products. This innovative recycling approach expands the downstream application scope of waste textiles and creates new profit growth opportunities for recycling investors. As an automated, one-stop solution, it not only streamlines the waste textile reprocessing workflow but also helps customers reduce labor costs and strengthen their competitiveness in the recycled textile market.

Based on data and practical insights gathered during the on-site trial, YONGTE’s R&D and engineering teams will implement targeted optimization and upgrades to the current recycling production line. The core focus of this upgrade is enhanced environmental performance: YONGTE plans to design and install custom-engineered, sealed dust-proof enclosures for key equipment—including the shredder and granulator. This upgraded configuration effectively contains airborne dust and fabric lint generated during crushing and granulating, reduces air pollution from production residues, minimizes the impact of processing dust on the operational environment, and delivers a more eco-friendly, safe, and low-carbon waste textile recycling solution.

Waste textile recycling has become a critical component of the global circular economy—effectively addressing the disposal challenge posed by idle and discarded garments, enabling resource regeneration and reuse, and advancing sustainable development in the textile industry. As a trusted equipment supplier, YONGTE has long been committed to developing high-efficiency, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly recycling machinery for clients worldwide. The successful acceptance of this customized waste clothing recycling line further validates YONGTE’s robust customization capability and mature technical expertise in the waste textile processing field.

Moving forward, YONGTE will continue to prioritize technological innovation and product iteration—optimizing equipment performance across dimensions including production efficiency, environmental protection, and operational safety—and launching increasingly diversified and customized solid waste recycling equipment solutions for global customers. The company aims to support more partners in unlocking the potential of the recycled textile market and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of the global green circular economy.
