Waste Textile Recycling Production Line Successfully Passes Final On-Site Acceptance by Overseas Client

The customized, integrated waste clothes recycling production line—designed and built specifically for an overseas client—has successfully passed comprehensive on-site acceptance following professional trial operation, earning full recognition and high praise from the client.  

To verify the equipment’s overall performance, operational stability, and actual production capacity, representatives from the overseas client visited YONGTE’s factory to conduct systematic commissioning and acceptance tests. During the full-process trial run, the entire waste textile recycling production line operated stably, with no abnormal failures. In the fully automated, end-to-end production process, waste and used garments are conveyed via supporting belt conveyors to the shredder for primary crushing—converting whole waste textiles into uniform fabric fragments. These fragments are then automatically transferred through an integrated conveying system to the granulator for deep processing, ultimately producing reusable textile particles.  

The tested integrated waste textile recycling production line achieves seamless linkage between shredding and granulating operations, significantly reducing manual intervention and substantially improving overall production efficiency. Its stable hourly output of finished textile particles reaches approximately 500 kilograms—fully meeting the client’s daily large-scale waste clothing processing requirements. Leveraging YONGTE’s newly upgraded core technology, the regenerated fiber particles exhibit consistent texture and high practicality. Notably, these recycled particles serve as an ideal substitute for traditional wood powder and can be widely applied in the manufacture of wood-plastic composites—including outdoor decking, fences, guardrails, wall panels, and other architectural products.
