The system features a high-torque twin-screw extruder, precision three-roll calendering unit, automatic temperature control system, and advanced material feeding mechanism, ensuring exceptional thickness uniformity, surface finish, and production stability. It is engineered to produce 600mm width and 0.4-2mm thickness PVC sheet which can be used for making furniture edge banding.
