1. Plastic Recycling Machine:
We supply plastic recycling equipment tailored to the customer's raw materials. The range of optional functions includes plastic crushing, washing, granulation, and either dewatering or drying.
2. Wood Powder Making Machine:
Depending on the size of the customer's wood material, we can equip various wood powder making machines, such as wood log chipping machines, wood chip crushing machines, wood sawdust grinding machines, and wood powder drying machines.
3. WPC Mixing Machine:
This machine is used for mixing wood powder, plastic material, and chemical additives according to our formulation. We equip a high-speed heating mixer to ensure that the material is mixed uniformly and the chemicals are well blended.
4. WPC Granulation Machine:
The parallel twin-screw vented extruder, specifically designed for high-filler wood-plastic composites, efficiently combines wood flour (or other fillers) and plastic. This composite process goes beyond mere surface mixing; it binds and plasticizes the molecules of the plastic and wood flour, ensuring the strength and quality of the final wood-plastic product. Yongte WPC granulation machines offer excellent gas venting, superior material composite plasticizing, high output, and low power consumption.
5. Wood Plastic Composite WPC Extrusion Line:
The function of a Wood Plastic Composite extrusion line is to efficiently melt and plasticize wood-plastic granules (or fragments) using a conical twin-screw extruder, and then extrude them into specialized wood-plastic molds to form the required size and shape. The design of the barrel diameter decreasing from large to small not only ensures the mixing effect of the material but also guarantees a stable melt pressure within the mold cavity, compressing the wood-plastic material (final product density reaches 1.3 g/cm³) to ensure the strength of the final product. The machine is also equipped with a high-speed cooling and calibration table, a stable traction system, and automatic cutting equipment. The line can also produce WPC wall panels, WPC fence panels, and WPC post products by changing the mold.
6. Co-extrusion Machine:
To address the shortcomings of insufficient weather resistance and uneven color caused by using recycled materials, we equip a co-extrusion process in wood-plastic composite production. By co-extruding a layer of high-quality modified PE on the surface of the WPC core, we can create various wood grain colors on the surface of the wood-plastic products, which can be used outdoors for more than 10 years.
7. Online 3D Embossing Equipment:
To give Wood Plastic Composite a better wood grain appearance and anti-slip effect, we have equipped an online 3D deep embossing machine. This equipment can be installed on the calibration table of the WPC extrusion line, creating a more realistic wood grain effect. The embossing roller is interchangeable for making different wooden textures.
8. Sanding and Brushing Machine:
Do you know how the wood-like rough texture on the surface of WPC products is made? This is achieved using Yongte's specially configured sanding and brushing machines. Depending on the desired roughness, we offer a variety of sanding and brushing machines with different configurations.
