WPC Wall Cladding Extrusion Line	The function of a WPC wall cladding extrusion line is to efficiently melt and plasticize wood - plastic granules (or fragments) using a conical twin - screw extruder, and then extrude them into specialized wood - plastic molds to form the required size and shape. The design of the barrel diameter decreasing from large to small ensures not only the mixing effect of the material but also a stable melt pressure within the mold cavity, compressing the wood - plastic material (final product density reaches 1.3 g/cm³) to ensure the strength of the final product. The machine is also equipped with a high - speed cooling and calibration table, a stable traction system, and automatic cutting equipment.
