Yongte WPC Hot and Cold Mixer is specifically engineered for blending PVC resin, wood powder, and chemical additives according to customized formulations, primarily used in manufacturing WPC door profiles, door panels, door boards, and other WPVC products. The system integrates four core components: automatic feeder, hot mixer, cold mixer, and electric control system.

Features of WPC Hot and Cold Mixer

The hot mixer adopts self-friction heating technology to achieve energy efficiency and uniform material heating. The cold mixer rapidly cools mixed materials to the optimal temperature for subsequent processing. Both mixers are equipped with precision control systems that adjust mixing speed and temperature based on specific material requirements, ensuring consistent quality and stability of the final mixture. Constructed with high-grade wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, the equipment offers extended service life and reduced maintenance needs.

The hot mixer features automatic feeding, inverter speed regulation, and precise temperature control (±2℃ stability). Its high-speed rotating internal agitator ensures thorough material blending while preventing localized overheating. Upon reaching the preset temperature, the discharge port automatically opens to transfer materials directly to the cold mixer. The cold mixer employs forced water cooling with a large-capacity cooling jacket and a specially designed anti-clogging discharge port for efficient temperature reduction. Both mixers are integrated with an advanced electric control system that enables real-time monitoring and adjustment of key parameters including temperature, speed, and mixing duration. The main body is constructed from 304 stainless steel, with agitator blades and shafts made of wear-resistant alloy steel, significantly minimizing maintenance frequency and production downtime.
