WPC Heating Mixer is an advanced device engineered for precise and efficient mixing of wood-plastic composites (WPC) under precisely controlled elevated temperature conditions. As a core equipment in modern composite material processing lines, it integrates four key functional modules: an automatic feeder made by 304 stainless steel, a automatic heating mixing pot with 304 stainless steel inner liner, a reinforced main structure with anti-vibration design, and a electronic control system with ABB inverter control. The mixer incorporates automatic self-friction heating for energy saving with temperature accuracy of ±1℃, ensuring uniform heat distribution across the 500L mixing chamber—this critical feature promotes optimal polymer matrix melting and consistent dispersion of wood fiber reinforcements, achieving material homogeneity up to 98%.
