2. Working Principle & Process Flow

The production line adopts a seamless combined structure of shredding and granulating units, supporting continuous and automatic assembly-line operation with minimal manual participation:

• Feeding & Conveying: Bulk waste garments, waste cloth and textile scraps are stably transported to processing units via matched belt conveyors;

• Primary Shredding: The high-performance shredder cuts complete textile products into uniform small fabric fragments to facilitate deep granulation;

• Deep Granulation: Fragmented fabrics are automatically delivered to the granulator for intensive processing and molded into standardized reusable regenerated textile particles;

• Finished Collection: Qualified recycled particles are collected uniformly for direct secondary manufacturing.
