Yongte 1200mm PVC thin sheet extrusion line is custom-developed for rigid and semi-rigid PVC thin sheet production. It integrates a high-torque conical twin-screw extruder, precision three-roll calendering unit, automatic temperature control system and intelligent feeding system, ensuring uniform thickness, smooth surface and long-term stable operation. Leveraging our proprietary advanced technology, including precision servo-driven extrusion control and optimized screw design, our PVC thin sheet extrusion line achieves an impressive production speed of 10 meters per minute while maintaining consistent thickness tolerance within ±0.02mm.

Auto Material Loader: 304 stainless steel automatic screw feeding, stable feeding and dust-free environmental protection.

Conical Twin-Screw Extruder: The SJSZ80/156 high-torque main extrusion machine features 156mm large-diameter screw with a 22:1 L/D ratio, delivering exceptional plasticization efficiency while maintaining low shear stress—specifically optimized for PVC's heat-sensitive properties. Equipped with a hardened alloy screw barrel (HRC 58-62) and precision-machined conveying elements, it ensures uniform melt mixing and stable pressure output, effectively preventing material degradation even during extended production cycles. The extruder's servo speed control driving system (55kW servo motor) enables stepless speed regulation from 5 to 35 rpm, accommodating various PVC formulations including rigid, semi-rigid, and modified grades with calcium carbonate and additives.

T-type Die: 1200mm wide hanger-type die, precise forming with thickness of 0.4–2mm.

Three-Roll Calendering Unit: Featuring seamless steel tubes with precision quenching and tempering treatment, the roller surface achieves a hardness of HRC≥62 and a mirror-finish Ra≤0.2μm, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and sheet surface quality. Equipped with a servo-driven gap adjustment system (response time ≤0.1s), it enables micron-level thickness control (adjustment range 0.4–2mm) with repeatability within ±0.01mm. The triple-zone roller temperature control system, utilizing circulating heat transfer oil, maintains precise temperature stability of ±1℃ across the entire roller length (1200mm working width), eliminating thermal deformation and ensuring uniform sheet cooling. Each roller is independently adjustable for speed (5–35 rpm) and pressure (0–150N/cm), accommodating various PVC formulations and thickness requirements while minimizing internal stress in the finished sheet.

Cooling Bracket: 6m stainless steel roller conveyor bracket for uniform cooling and anti-warping.

Online Automatic Edge Trimmer: Online automatic edge trimming, centralized waste recycling to reduce loss.

Haul-off Device: Double rubber roller servo traction, stable operation and stable tension.

Automatic cutting machine: it can cut the PVC thin sheet into pieces with required length, then the PVC sheet shall be stacked together. this cutting machine equip with servo motor for high speed and automatic cutting. the cutting edge without any damage
