Today, Yongte Machinery successfully finished the full factory acceptance test and trial run of a customized parallel twin-screw plastic recycling extruder tailored exclusively for an African customer. The whole testing process ran stably with excellent operating performance, fully meeting the customer’s on-site production demands for waste plastic recycling and reprocessing, marking another successful delivery of high-efficiency energy-saving recycling equipment from Yongte to the African market.

• 6-stage 75KW energy-saving motor: Equipped with a graded power drive system, it cuts invalid power consumption during operation, realizing remarkable energy-saving performance under long-hour continuous working conditions.
• Heavy-duty hard-tooth surface gearbox: Features high torsion resistance, outstanding wear resistance and long service life. It can adapt to harsh working environments of mixed waste plastic extrusion without frequent maintenance and breakdowns.
• Fast energy-saving electromagnetic heating system: Replaces traditional resistance heating modules. It supports rapid temperature rise, reduces heat loss, and is fitted with high-temperature resistant heating materials to ensure stable and durable heating performance during long-term high-temperature extrusion processing.
• Multi-hole die head design: The specially customized multi-hole discharge port effectively increases internal head pressure, thoroughly solves the problem of incomplete plasticization of waste plastics, and greatly improves the uniformity and molding quality of molten plastic materials.

On-site Trial Run: Direct Processing of Waste Plastic Films and Bags

During the acceptance trial, the engineering team directly put waste plastic films and plastic garbage bags into the extruder for one-step melting and plasticization without pre-crushing treatment. The equipment operated smoothly throughout the test, with stable material feeding, sufficient melting and uniform discharge. The whole processing flow simplifies the pre-treatment procedure of soft plastic waste, effectively lowering the customer’s overall production cost and improving operational efficiency.

Dual-mode Cutting System: Flexible Operation for Different Production Needs

1. Manual cutting mode: Suitable for small-batch trial production and material sampling inspection, convenient for real-time manual adjustment of cutting length;
