The line precisely delivers dual melts into specialized co-extrusion molds, forming custom-sized WPC profiles (e.g., outdoor decking, fencing, cladding) with consistent shape and dimensions.

Yongte advanced WPC profile co-extrusion line integrates high output, energy efficiency, and reliability, empowering the creation of premium, long-lasting weatherproof WPC products from recycled materials. The machine efficiently melts and plasticizes wood-plastic granules (or fragments) using a conical twin-screw extruder, and a single screw extruder for the modified PE granules, before extruding them into a specialized co-extrusion mold to form the required size and shape. The design, featuring a barrel diameter that decreases from large to small, ensures not only the mixing effect of the material but also a stable melt pressure within the mold cavity, compressing the wood-plastic material (achieving a final product density of 1.3 g/cm³) to ensure the strength of the final product. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a high-speed cooling and calibration table, a stable traction system, and automatic cutting equipment. The line can produce various WPC products by changing the mold.

Yongte WPC Profile Co-Extrusion Line addresses the limitations of insufficient weather resistance and uneven color caused by using recycled materials. By co-extruding a layer of high-quality modified PE onto the surface of the WPC core, we can create wood-plastic products with custom wood grain colors, which can withstand outdoor use for over 10 years.

Calibration and Cooling Table: Made from a single sheet of 304 stainless steel with a reasonable pipe design, it features overall electric lifting and left-right adjustment, and a water system along its entire length.
