The barrel’s tapered design (large to small diameter) ensures optimal material mixing, stable melt pressure in the mold cavity, and compaction of WPC materials (final product density reaches 1.3 g/cm³) for enhanced product strength. Equipped with a high-speed cooling & calibration table, stable traction system, and automatic cutting equipment, the line can produce WPC wall panels, fence panels, and posts by changing molds—realizing multi-product compatibility.
6. Co-extrusion Machine	To address the shortcomings of poor weather resistance and uneven color caused by recycled materials, we integrate a co-extrusion process.
