1, Mixing machine:	This unit include hot mixer and cold mixer, it is used for mixing the PVC resin, wood powder, and chemical additives as per experienced WPC door panel and door frame formulation.
2, WPC door frame extrusion line:	this line is used for making door frame profiles from the PVC resin and wood powder compound material, the machine can make different WPC door frame profiles by changing mold.
3, WPC door panel extrusion line:	this line is used for making door panels from the PVC resin and wood powder compound material, the machine can make different WPC door panels with different sizes by changing mold.
4, precision cutter:	this machine is used for cutting sizes and angles of WPC door panel or WPC door frame profiles, the cutting angles are adjustable, such as 45 degree or 90 degree.
5, WPC door sanding machine:	After sanding, the surface of WPC door panels becomes smoother, resulting in better adhesion of adhesives and providing a better substrate for subsequent painting or lamination processes.
6, Auto drilling hole machine:	this machine is used for drilling holes on the WPC door panel for installation locks and hinges, it is automatic drilling machine and including all the functions.
7, CNC engraving machine:	this machine is used to carve designs on the WPC door panel by CNC router, it also can cut the frames on door panel for installation glasses.
8, WPC door frame lamination machine:	This machine is used for surface lamination of WPC door profile. The lamination material can be PVC film, paper, wood veneer, CPL, and leather. This machine uses PUR hot melt adhesive.
9, WPC door panel lamination machine:	PUR Lamination Machine: This machine is designed for surface lamination of WPC door panels, ensuring a smooth and flat finish. The lamination material options include PVC film, paper, wood veneer, CPL, and leather. The machine utilizes PUR hot melt adhesive.
10, Vacuum Laminator Machine:	This specialized equipment is designed for laminating PVC decorative film onto WPC door panels with a sculpted surface after CNC engraving. It needs manpower to spraying the cold glue before lamination
10, Edge banding cover machine:	This machine is utilized for applying edge banding to the four sides of a door panel, covering the hollow sections and edges. We offer machines that use EVA glue and PUR glue for edge banding.

The machine basic structure is made by solid steel plate which is processed by CNC cutting and polishing to ensure the precision size and balance to support continuously and stably running, the machine frame will not damage even running for more than 20 years. all the touching material/water parts are made by 304 stainless steel to avoid rusty.	The screw and barrel are precision-manufactured from wear-resistant materials, specifically tailored to the processed material. For this kind of production line, bimetallic screws and SKD barrels are utilized—these components significantly enhance wear resistance and extend the equipment's service life. This design ensures that the extruder can handle a wide range of material formulations. Additionally, the optimized screw geometry boosts melting and mixing efficiency, yielding a more uniform and high-quality final product.
