1. Automatic Feeder - Feeding WPC door profile raw material to the extruder: The spiral screw feeder is suitable for PVC and WPC compound materials and is entirely made of 304 stainless steel with seamless welding.

SJSZ65/132 Conical Twin Screw Extruder - Core parts of WPC door profile extrusion line With its deep-groove feeding section and gradual plasticizing section, the WPC door profile extruder provides a stable melt output for wood-plastic materials, ensuring efficient and stable production. The extruder is equipped with a servo motor to save 15-20% power, an optional vertical gearbox for stable and powerful production, bimetallic screws and SKD barrels for long-term use, and an automatic temperature control system.
3. WPC Door Frame Mold - Forming size and shape of WPC door profile Crafted from high-quality 3Cr17 mold steel, featuring precise zoned temperature control, a modular design for stable shaping dimensions, and quick-positioning pins for easy installation.
