Yongte double-stage plastic recycling pelletizer has completed a full trial run for an African client with stable and excellent operational performance. The equipment perfectly realizes the recycling and reprocessing of waste plastics, converting discarded plastic materials into high-quality, reusable plastic pellets, and has fully met the customer’s actual production and environmental recycling demands.

Yongte's WPC decking production line features a specialized granulation screw design and high-vacuum degassing system, effectively addressing common defects in wood powder processing with high moisture content. The equipment can handle wood powder with moisture levels up to 8%.

For PVC wood-plastic composites (characterized by high wood powder content, high filler ratio, susceptibility to wear, and ease of charring of wood fibers), the clearance between parts cannot be simply adopted from standard PVC profiles; instead, a slightly larger clearance is required for wood-plastic composites to reduce friction heat, minimize screw wear, and prevent the wood powder from burning.
