Product details

1, Automatic feeder:   screw spiral feeder or vacuum suction feeder, optional feeding type for WPC granule making machine
2, Parallel double screw extruder: The parallel twin-screw vented extruder, specially designed for high-filler wood-plastic composites, efficiently combines wood flour (or other fillers) and plastic. It adopts building block structure, fully meshing type, strong self-cleaning ability, good screw exhaust effect, bimetallic type 8 integral set, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
3, WPC granule Pelletizing Die head: crushing die or pelletizing die is optional, crushing die can make WPC flakes with high output, pelletizing die can make WPC granules with uniform size.
4, three stages cooling blower: all the transport pipes are made by thick 304 stainless steel. The first two stages pipe with jacket for water cooling.
5, secondary crushing: if you use crushing die, then secondary crushing equipment can ensure the final WPC flakes to be made with small uniform size.
6, storage tank: the finished WPC granules or flakes shall be finally send into the storage tank made by 304 stainless steel.
7, Electric control system: Siemens PLC control is optional, we equip with ABB inverter, Omron temperature controller, Siemens contractor, all contactors and wires in our electrical cabinets are neatly arranged, with wire numbers clearly labeled according to a set pattern. Sufficient clearance between components allows for easy operation by electricians. All auxiliary wiring uses quick-connect plugs (eliminating the need for customer wiring), ensuring convenience and safety.

Product Application
